Viewing the Supplier Detail Record

Any user with the appropriate rights can view Supplier Detail records. The Supplier Detail record displays relevant supplier information including the following:

Inspection State - Displays the current inspection state for all parts associated with the supplier.
Receipt - Displays all receipts related to the supplier.
Inspection - Displays all inspections related to the supplier.
NC - Displays all nonconformances related to the supplier.
CAPA - Displays all CAPAs related to the supplier.

From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab at the top of the window.
In the Inspection Management section of the list, select Find > Supplier.
Result: A list of suppliers is displayed.
Click the supplier to be viewed.
Result: The Supplier Detail record is displayed.
